I work for a horse transport company. Last night i had the job of going to the airport to pick up some of the horses coming home from the Olympics.
There where 24 horses, team GB, NZ, IRE the Fredricks horses and the chinese horse just to name some of them.
Tina Cook and Sharon Hunt turned up to unload their horses, which i thought was lovely to see. All the horses looked very well.
I feel so lucky so be able to watch the horses come home let along be driving some of them home. I am still on cloud nine and to think i was staying up most nights at silly o'clock to watch them and then last night i get to see them for real.
Some may say yeh so what, but it was a real treat for me and i have only just got my jaw to close !!!!!!!!!!
