how tall is lucinda? tbf im 5"11 and ride my 15.3 and WFP can ride 16hh horses so im allowed to ride my 15.3!

Indeed, just a bit easier to make her a *horse* and not have to deal with the beaurocracy (sp) if she measured under 15.1hh
