Passions run high and people certainly get a good telling off if it is felt they are letting the side down - it is certainly not all back smacking "never mind, good job" behind the scenes, it is tough!

I quite like the little grey's test... with it's funny araby tail. Quite a few little blips, but overall it looked rhythmical, and horse is completely and utterly chilled out by the looks of it.

Just to add to my above, but there is also a lot of camaraderie and the chef d'equipe does try and lift spirits. I don't think Yogi would have been pissed off with Willy for that as he did the best he could, but people certainly do get pulled up if they are not deemed to be trying hard enough, which I think is fair!
