Olympic XC Starter - who is it ?

I had heard a rumour that it was a certain event secretarys husband, and watching the xc I cant quite make out if its him or not but they do sound english ?
Does anyone know who it is ?

Yeah, I think it is Bill. I was chatting to him at BCA and he said he was going. Good on him, he does a sterling job and deserves a few perks.

If it is Bill, he is the friendliest starter around, always sets you off well and gives a great "good luck" which always settles the nerves!!

He told us he was going - can't remember where we were though...!?

No idea who he is but loved his "Good Luck" to everyone as they started.
