Traditionally it's top 12 but they keep messing with the formats so I'm not certain.

Also, I presume they will start on a fresh slate again for the Kur in the new-ish forma, correct? (Personally I think they should continue to count both GPS and Kur for the indiv medals but then I don't work for the FEI or the IOC.)

There are 16 to ride and Laura is currently in fourth place, so if it is only the top 12 it's unlikely that 8 people will really mess up.

I have to say that oddly enough I liked the pink horse more, even though usually I don't like Spanish/Portuguese breeds

Stunning horse but tight behind- she didnt come through in any of the piaffe/passage work and the changed were with 1/4s swinging. Fairly generously marked imho

Anyone know why Jan Brink's horse is just down as Briar, isn't it normally known as Bjorsells Briar? (Is it a sponsor's name so not allowed at the Olympics?) Similarly with Hinrich Romeike and Marius, normally Marius Voight-Logistik?
