OMG Bloody Pet Plan

I've had big problems with this company I asked to be put through to the complaints department and asked for the name and address of the complaints department and and wrote and spoke directly to them, I also threatened the Ombudsman strangely enough it all got sorted then. Have to say I have had problems since over a different matter though. I wouldn't insure through them again out of choice - good luck.
 
Have to say I can't fault them, have made a couple of claims this past 12 months totalling over £3500 & had no problems whatsover.
 
im not happy with the service from petplan, im in the process of making a claim, and they are being very slow and difficult, when i have given them all the infomation they have asked for.
 
I had an absolutely identical problem with them two weeks ago. They have had a problem with their website cover which means cover notes are being issued but the system doesnt do anything else. If you call them they will sort it over the phone very quickly. You will have to do the whole thing again but they are very apologetic. I got my new policy documents within 3 days of calling them. It takes ten mins but at least you know it's sorted then. The lady i spoke to was very helpful but I must say I am surprised they havent done something about it as it's obviously not a one off.
 
I have called them 3 times now, and they have been less than useless. The problem being that they will only offer a new policy and wont backdate it to the time I took the missing one out. Which leaves me high and dry should I need to claim in the next two weeks, when I should have been absolutely fine. And believe me, knowing my lot, I have plenty of reason to worry
