How awful, but so glad nobody was hurt. As you say so many ifs, thank heavens your neighbour saw the fire. Knowing how insurance companies work suspect you may not get full value of your lorry etc, but just try and remember what the worst case scenario could have been if things start getting you down.

Thank god no-one was hurt, and that the horses and chickens are all ok. Wonder what on earth caused it? Scary how quickly these things can go.

On the plus side - at least you get to buy new things
