Hi there...
Been promted by the lovely BB's to put an update on Bonnie and our show schedule...
I know things may change re: schedule - but touch wood they don't!!!
Bonnie has been very well looked after when I was away - she suffered some sort of bite on her belly which apparently swelled up big time, so for those days she wasn't lunged.. She was on the others but still appears to have got a bit rounder since I left her!!! the grass must have come through when i was away...
She's doing well, her canter work is getting better - weak behind so hard to keep it together for too long. Jumped her yesterday over baby fences and she was keen as mustard...
There is a Spring Show locally on Sunday where i'm going to do a dressage test and one show jumping round..
And the major news is I've entered the Intro @ Berks Coll on 17th June. I do hope to go XC schooling before then LOL!!! It will be our first event as I was unable to make it to T'down unaff in April...
As for my holiday - it was great - Texas is weird, but it was a lovely break and also to see my brother. As he wasn't working for the week, we did quite alot, most of it revolved around food of some sort! Think the highlight was the Ball Game and all the things that went with that!!
So - fingers crossed the Bon Monster stays fit and well, and Bandit stays in the saddle, hopefully we'll be doing lots this summer!!!
