OMG has anyone tried FEI live feed for WEG

its rubbish - I tried logging in 3 times before I had to pay my subscription and it freaked out and failed! I have emails saying I am registered but too afraid to put card details in as its so badly run - has anyone else been successful?

Hi, we had been a subscriber before, and on renewal, husband had problems logging in.
He e mailed them, and got a reply.
Its now working well.
