I saw this last time but still find it unbelievable. The very worst moment for me was after it refused then he gave it a huge whack to get it going again. Poor bloody horse, grrrr!
 
Blimey - is this the same guy that used to compete at the Hickstead Derby every year?? I can't remember his name - I think he was a South African, and he was some multi-millionaire banker. He would buy top horses, but they would be moved on after a few months because they'd stop jumping. My friend and I used to hold our breath when he was jumping as it looked as if he would fall off over every fence!

I have to say though, I bet this chap was sore between his legs for a while! Deserves to be though - I bet the poor horse was worse!
 
sounds about right. someone else sort all the problems out inbetween shows and then he jumps on, breaks the horse in a few minutes and then hands back to be fixed. x
 
Oh my word...that poor horse!!

I would pay a million pounds for that horse, (if I had it ) that's what you call genuine.

I do hope he has a proper rider now

ETA: Can anybody speak Spanish/Portuguese and tell us what the words at the end say?
 
Trust you!! lol!! The last time it was posted it was said that it was a polo player or something - I think they did a swap between him and a SJer. Not sure if it was a one off or yearly competition where they had to get round the course.

The horse was subsequently for sale a little while later and they even put the video on the ad! lovely horse and I'm sure he went for a lovely price - looks a little like H!!! xx
 
OMG surely this was a joke and rider should have been in a clown costume......
Poor horse, didn't look like he was enjoying it much....

for those interested the words at the end say something like the horses back was fine and he jumped happily the next day.
