i understand you are annoyed but think its all a little OTT. The kids that come and ride here photoshop their photos to make it look like they are doing it bareback, dont see much harm in it. No one is honestly going to believe that it is a true photo and i doubt she thinks it looks the real deal either! (if she does then she is a bit diluded). She's a young girl, if she is as bad as you said, she wont get many rides anyway...
