I got to the stables this morning to get the Welsh Cob in to find this strewn across the field...

I think its safe to say I'm not going to be sticking it back together!! I'm also not sure if its worth getting another one if he's just going to do that to it again (after 2 days!!)

BAD SHADOW!!!

I put G out with a fly fringe last night... I'm wondering if she'll still be wearing it this morning... When I last put her out with a fly mask on I never saw it again after the first day....

BAD SHADOW!!!

Yes VERY bad Shadow!!

It survived all of 2 days  now I need to re-think my waistline watching options!

The other thing I couldn't believe was that another livery also put out hay in their field last night  our grass is coming through rather well they certainly don't need hay as well!

He's in during the day anyway isn't he?

Your fields looked like they were doing really well when I was there last weekend! Definately no need for hay!

Yes he's in during the day with 12 hour soaked hay.

Yeah, aside from the muddy gateways the fields are looking really, I spoke to YO about it and just said could be politely ask people to stop putting hay out, there is really no need now, anyway I took it out last night when I put shadow out.

I'm just very aware that he is a chunky chap, plus prevention is way better than cure!!

:D LOL Naughty bad ponies! I must be lucky with my mare, she wears a fly hat and then muzzle over the top, and keeps them both on :p (or perhaps the combination of the 2 is just too difficult to wriggle out of

Last summer my horse managed 12hrs with a fly mask on and it vanished only for me to find it in the farmer's field next to us, the only solution is a fox picked it up because I don't think my boy can throw things over 100m :)

These horses are right cheeky devils!!
