OMG!! I've just found a ferret!!!

It sounds very friendly, definately someones houndini of a pet! Put some posters up locally, I doubt its come from far away, and its the wrong time of year for anyone to be out working them. Or has your OH ousted you and decided to keep the ferret in the bed?! lol

Oh has put ad up in the local shop!! Think he secretly is hoping no one will want her!!

Dogs only fed dry food, would it eat that? Otherwise I've got some bits of chicken left over from the roast!?

Got a box, as I think in this weather I wouldn't mind turning on the tumble dryer!!! Don't fancy an extra fluffy ferret!!!

I am thinking of adult sized dog food to be honest. Also I would imagine that ferret rescue folk would be horrified to discover rescue places like the RSPCA were feeding dog food to their ferrets. Not being pedantic but where do you get your facts about such places feeding dried dog food to ferrets?
Every rescue place and ferret forum I have ever come across have either fed meat, fur and feather diet or special ferret food like JWB, Chudley's Ferret Feast etc. None to my knowledge have ever fed dried dog food.

i found a ferret in my garden he was lovely obviously a lost pet i put a notice up in the local news agents and someone claimed him i was really sad when he went !
