for those of you who have been following my....err...infrequent posts about my broken ex racer. The vet came out 2 weeks ago and said with new shoes and sole guard he should be able to take more weight on the front, thus relieving issues at the back. He then said he doesn't need to be retired.....just ride him.....so Sunday morning I got on in the school for 10 mins and IT WAS LUSH. he was such a little superstar....didn't turn himself inside out or anything and its been 3 months. So i rode again today for 10 mins and will try again on Thurs

so fingers crossed my broken horse will now be a super duper happy new horse, altho he will need to be treated with kid gloves

god i love him xxxxxxxxxxxxx

drinkies if you got to the bottom of this

I don't think I've seen any of your other posts, but CONGRATS!
I know how lovely it is to get back on after they've been injured/ill for ages.

Fingers crossed all goes well with your horse!

thank you hattiehorse....i'm soooo chuffed....he's had fractured wing of pedal bone, poor foot balance, multiple joint issues and muscle imbalance too....so its a miracle
