OMG my offer has been accepted!!! Im moving to Derbyshire

So after a week of crossing fingers and biting nails i finally found out my offer on an equestrian property in Derbyshire has been accepted! Just got the ball rolling with the mortgage people and instructed my solicitor ( oh my goodness how grown up? ) and looking forward to exchange in just 6 weeks!!!!

I am relocating from Berkshire/Bucks all the way up to Derbyshire! Going from 2 acres and 3 stables to 37 acres and 31 stables! School, lots of storage and i plan to put in a solarium and a walker

Would love to make new friends from Derbyshire as ill be leaving my horsey support network and i know absolutely -noone- up that way at all!

Thanks so much!!!! i am absoloutely terrified but also very excited! i am doing this completely on my own! So will need to get things for yard maintenance and learn to drivr a tractor and harrow and all those things! Perhaps i can do a smallholder course?

Really cant wait to get some yard dogs and cats! And will be looking for a lodger or two to keep me company haha! And i have to find the hacking routes! oh my goodness so much to do!
