OMG who is it paying these prices for land ?

Having sold my house and now being in the fortunate position that I'm mortgage free I'm considering buying 13 acres in South West Cornwall. It's split into 2 paddocks and has metered water but that's it - offers around £80k. Interest rates are so low at the minute that I'm considering investing my savings and then renting the fields.
 
Anyone know of anything going begging in the Leeds area? I check the usual websites for stuff coming on the market and there's a lovely livery yard with house etc Skipton way but miles out from where i'd need to be really to get into Leeds! Anything 30 acres + would be lovely! Prices are always negotiable, especially as it's the boyfriend wanting to buy it so my horse can live at home!
