Incest doesn't really bother me, people have all sorts of weird sexual preferences I don't share but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to indulge in them. I do think they should be responsible and avoid having children because of the risk of genetic abnormalities, but in this case the child won't be related to the woman so there is no problem.

Yes, and that child is gong to have a perfectly normal and happy life free from being mercilessly bullied and shunned. So it's ok because it's not her biological child.

Plus she will most likely die whilst the child is very young. I know this is always a risk and a chance, but this time it is a cert.
