The Polo yard are as surprised as I am . They said she she had a touch of moon blindness about 3 years ago but it was treated and cleared up. They had no knowledge Of the lump on her leg as it has happened in her Loan home where she was for 4 months . They are saying it should clear up and she'll be fine but if not they'll happily take her back ... It's just how much is the next couple of weeks going to cost me and will it actually sort out the problem ? If not then i'm £300 plus worse off, minus a horse and having paid for my third stable in advance also out Of pocket for that. Maybe I should just shut up or put up ....
She is a lovely mare, and only 11 with very low mileage as she's only raced 3 times then done bits of polo, mainly teaching kids as she was too lazy to play 'real' polo ..
I'm afraid I'm already in love with her .... But at what cost :-0
