i need to move stable yards but i dont know if i should go to the yard i plan because she will be on her own for a few weeks, n she has never been on her own so i dont no what she will do. also she will have to be on a tether untill i can fence all the fields off, i know she will be ok if she is tethered because she has been tethered be4 i got her so she will get use to it again, its just that i dont want her to get to stressed out wile im not there.

Sounds pretty stressy to me.

I would wait until there is at least one other horse or the fencing is done, borrow or nick someone's shetland for a few days!!!!!

It would be better to set her free in her new field when the fencing is done also than tether her on her own and she could panic and hurt herself.

I agree. Wait until the fencing is done (sorry - Im against tethering!) and wait until there is another horse with her (I assume there will be in a few weeks time). It'll be very stressful for her otherwise, even if it is just for a few weeks.

I would stay put until you have a companion and the fencing is sorted.

Can't abide horses tethered or kept on their own.
