On the local radio...

.. this morning there was a please slow down for horses advert. I was very impressed as I haven't heard anything like that before. They made a point of saying that sounding your horn or revving your engines doesn't get the horse out of your way but could make it spook and in doing so could cause an accident.

Anyone know if this is a nationwide thing?

it's in Norfolk too... They've played it pretty regularly but it never makes a prime time slot; it's always ridiculously early/late so the majority never hear it.
