I think if all horse ads were written in a humorous but extremely honest fashion there would be a lot more horses going to suitable homes.
Much more accurate than your standard: ex racer, hunts, team chases, showjumps, will do DR with a competent rider. Can be strong, has separation anxiety and not a novice ride.

The posted ad actually sounds like a fun horse with manageable quirks, wheras your standard ad just sounds unappealing.

Haha - she's missed her calling. Brilliant ad, and really hopes it got him the right person.

We really could all do with more honesty in ads, as there are people (mad people) who like the quirkier horses, just need to know what they are taking on...

Brilliant advert, but you can bet your life, someone whose sole experience was cantering along beach on a polite trekking pony during their holiday in Spain, will join the queue for potential loaner.
