I've got a 53 to 54 and it's a bit smaller than my Gatehouse hat but that is old and the padding has probably squashed now.

Mine was there when I got home from work.
Im a 56 in Charles Owen so ordered the a 55-56.
First putting it on with no air it was too big, I pumped it all the way to the max and it just about fits.
I called the company I bought it from to explain that it's on the max air and it only just fits.
They advised that the shell comes in 2 different sizes and different size liners fit different shell.
The one I have is a Large shell with a 55-56 liner, I was advised to get a small shell and change the liners over because the small shell comes with a 53-54 liner.
They are sending a small shell out and whichever ones fits best, keep it with both liners and send the shell back that I dont want for a full refund!

Hi sorry to resurrect an old thread but those who have this hat how do you remove the liner to wash it? Mine seems stuck on at the point of the air pump. Afraid to pull it and break the air pipe!
