One K Defender Helmet - Liner Q

those who have this hat how do you remove the liner to wash it? Mine seems stuck on at the point of the air pump. Afraid to pull it and break the air pipe!

I think the liner goes over the pump as well so it pulls off from the back of the pump I think, I can't remember not changed it in ages.
