One last insurance question....please help!

After getting quotes and reading small print i've got down to two companies for my ridier only insurance. Choice seems to be pet plan or NFU, quite similar in what you get, (i think!) but just want a couple of views on which company seems a bit better incase i do need to use them!

Any comments would be helpful....ta!

I though they might be good, went through everything on the phone and have local offices, more than any other company *ta*

ditto, im going through a very large claim with them now and touch wood, they have paid out without any questions asked and have been very easy to deal with. they arnt the quickest at paying but they do it without hassel.

They are out sourcing new claims to equine first now, I've had a claim in since June still waiting. They are very slow just lately.
