Anyone else watching this? What a stupid flipping idea to run a sheepdog trial on Hampstead Heath !

Must be incredibly distracting for the dogs and I imagine a bit stressful for the sheep (not that I know the first thing about sheep!)

All I can say is that it is all credit to the dogs and their handlers for dealing with working in such a setting.
I suppose the one benefit was that it showcased working sheepdogs and the skill and expertise that goes into working dogs on livestock to the sort of crowds who may never have experienced such a thing before.

Did they say what the reason was for hosting the trial on Hampstead Heath? I may have missed that.
