Now that theyv'e got the breeding details listed for every horse on their database, it would be cool to be able to click onto the sire and dam so that a list of their offspring comes up..then you would be able to click their names to check out their records.Like they do on the racingpost.Would be really interesting don't you think?
Am sure that BE must have already thought of this anyway! But I guess that something like that may intervene with the new database that they've been planning for years now.(the one that is being organised by a seperate federation- that will cover all disciplines)

me too!! i find it very interesting on racing post to see relations of horses!! and always have a look through progs at events to see if there are any horses by the same sire as song and would love to no how many lord americo horses are eventing!!

i thought the same i havent found any other horse with busters sire or dam yet ... wot b great to see if there where any on there!

Funnily enough I was thinking the same thing too. I was looking up the 'Opposition' horses, many have the name but i bet there are lots of others that don't carry the prefix/suffix.

I'm going away tomorrow but if this thread grows can someone send a link to BE please.

I have only seen one other Silver Owl horse eventing and that is with Julie Tew. Have seen one for sale but no more. Would love to see what level they get to and keep on eye on them.

Thanks Bella

My OH was involved in the development of the new site, so lovely to hear it being praised. The Irish Horse Board put money in at the setup stage, so obviously they wanted breeding info to have a high priority.
