We just had a baby and the yard we were at could only offer DIY livery and we couldnt use the field, so we were looking to move the horses. I had SPD from the pregnancy, thats were the pelvis splits, we were also were moving house and we were feeling down as my hubbys mother had died a short while ago and this would have been her first grandchild.

My cousin and her boyfriend said they know where there are fields and offered to care for the horses, i first refused and then my son wasnt well and they offered again so i said yes.

Gave livery money etc, they even helped us pack things to move, and even helped us move!

Then when we settled and i asked to see the horses (all the time asking about the horses and giving them money for livery even though they said they werent paying money for the field). Her boyfriend turned nasty so i called the police and he admitted to the police that he had sold the horses!! He said Mo went to a slaughter house as he had an injured leg, and said he sold the others at toome on mayday but we found out that toome fair was easter monday which was just 3 days after he took care of them!!! Only horse fair we know of here on mayday was swatragh, and thats why i put the two on the ad!

I want my babies back, its really killing me. Think im just holding onto false hope that Mo is still alive.
 
Thank you, if yous dont mind printing that ad out on ebay and maybe asking local tack shops etc to pin it up. Ive done loads over here but scared that the cobby ones might have gone to appleby. Was that not on in June??
 
Hi ... I dont know if you read my other posts on you threads but I tend to go to swatragh and have a nosey , Not sure or when its on next but will keep an eye out, I can print your ad out and stick around my area .. maghera/magherafelt and the antrim area for you if you like , I know quite a few tack shops that would be willing to put them up ??

Oh and it just goes to show you can sell horses without passports, my vet came out to tet the yearling on Wednesday and he said they are a waste of money!
 
this is just terrible my heart goes out to you!! What did the police do when he said that they had taken MO to slaughter as they sold the horses?? Why were they not arrested??

Really very, very sorry to be a pedant about this one but this is jumping out at me - there is no such word as 'yous'. The plural of 'you' is 'you'! You could say "you may all remember" to indicate more than one person or "many of you may remember".

Sorry - I'll shove myself back into my box now! Does this make me a member of Pedants R us"?
