A modern day hero, to be admired and treasured for the rest of his life. I do think his compensation is very poor in comparison to the millions paid to pathetic celebs who are insulted by the press.
A touching story so soon after the Dambuster commemoration, it makes me wonder what those young heroes would make of our country today, held to ransom by foreigners and terrorists.
