one of those ads where you can't get it out of your head...

Why rent the stable before selling the horse?!?!

Feel soooo sorry for him.

Poor lad - that add has seriously annoyed me!!!

Could say some very angry things right now!

Yes - he is lovely looking. I like them big in unusual colours ;-)

Me too, surely they saw his condition before they bought him - and why buy him if they're renting out his stable! Poor lad now on his 3rd home in 6 weeks :(

Poor chap! So it was that dealer advertising him then or he has already come from there? I didn't realise! The price is pretty low so who knows what state he is in, you'd just think being a dealer they could make quite a bit of money on a good looking horse like that if being under weight is the main issue.... I say IF!

Arrr ..... looks like the first proper horse I ever rode..... troubled past, nippy knappy and "not a novice ride" ... hmm sounds just like him too! The fella I knew was called Beau Jest and he could have a right laugh at your expense - if you've ever seen one of those cowboy films where the greenhorn beginner asks for a ride and everyone smiles at each other and someone brings out "Old Thunder" who no one has ever saddled let alone ridden - well that was Beau.

He let me saddle him in his stable made from old tractor boxes and let me lead him out into the yard, then when I was half on and half off - he threw a complete bronco fit and trod on me a couple of times. I rolled out of the way, winded, picked myself up and got back on - same thing. After ten, twelve attempts - he gave up and I didn't.

Good grief - that was fifty years ago and there's a vast shopping mall built over where that happened now!

Haha he sounds like a dream 1stclass!

Yes doubled in size! Makes me think of one of those compressed bath sponges you put in water, I had one in the shape of the statue of liberty :-)

Its strange, but he looks very similar to another dun warm blood they were selling a few months ago. I wouldn't be surprised if it is the same one that has gone out and come back, or that he has got into that condition by their own hands. Poor thing, its so handsome.

Is it just me or are all the photos of the same animal? Just wondering as in the second on it looks like a child is on him and her legs look quite low on his belly but then in the last one there is a man on him whose legs don't look much longer. Am I just seeing things?

That thought also flashed through my mind, I seem to remember that they had a big dun at the time of the TicToc video.

I thought this too... In the second photo I would have put him at about 14.2! If this is from the same people as TicToc though, I think thats most likely the reason its under £1k...

Poor thing - known to weave but hasn't shown any signs of weaving, maybe because hes only been there a week! With the price I wonder what kind of home he'll end up in next!!

Hmm I compared them and his facial expression and dark points seem to be the same but who knows it wouldn't surprise me! Maybe the child has long legs and the man has short ones thus creating illusions!

I am confused about why he has to be kept in at the mo, being underweight wouldn't really dictate that would it? So maybe there is something else wrong or he is wreaking havoc when out. Just curious!

Have you not all worked out who the seller is dodgy essex bird well known to trading standards and police, ex girlfriend of the lovely Jamie gray , lovely video recently of them schooling the horse Tic toc , recently the Billy stud put a statement on their website saying they have never supplied horses directly to these people are you getting the drift. Or to put it another way best way to describe them is:eek:

Yes it is definately all the same horse - I viewed him around a week before the dealer bought him. So say around 3 weeks ago. All old photos from the owner before the one I viewed him with, then the ones with the man riding fully clipped out are at the dealers.

If he's in such bad condition that he needs to be stabled all the time why are there pictures of them riding and jumping him? Not that he looks in that bad a condition to me.
