Not sure-don't think so-have a look at rule book-copy online on BE website.
Believe it to be the same as for seniors-if you want your mum to be noted owner costs extra as she ahs to be a BE member, or with a day ticket pay £10/£15 for owners name.

No, my daughter owns her horse BE but I have to own it BSJA
