Ok, you will have to bear with me as I'm trying to get a phot to work but am new to this.

My horse has a one sides discharge from her nose. It's the colour of honey and queries from being watery to thick and slimy. The discharge does not smell. Her glands at the side of cheeks and under jaw are up on both sides. She does not have a temperature. 37.6. I phoned the vet for advice and she doesn't seem to concerned has just told me to watch for symptoms getting worse, a green discharge or increased temperature.

Any ideas what it could be?

You need the vet for this one as it is likely a tooth abscess or airway infection. Usually if one sided, it is tooth related. Your horse will need some antibiotics.

Ok.... Thank you. I'll ring her back first thing and suggest she comes out. I've got the dentist for her thur too so he should have a good look for me.

Thanks smokey. Just got back from seeing her today. Still no temperature. Seems a little quiet. Snotty nose about the same but glands are up more. Rang the vets again and they will come out Monday as they don't think it sounds like an emergency. (although when it's my baby I do over react!)

This^^^

I have experience of a horse with a tooth abscess which got very very ill - they rarely clear up with antibiotics for any lasting period of time and normally require the tooth being removed. However it could also be primary sinusitis which can also be unilateral and can be treated with anti-biotics and if necessary a trephine. Good luck - Hope it's not an abscess!

A horse I ride was under the weather and snotting thick, smelly yellow gunk from one nostril - turned out it was two infected teeth coupled with sinusitis. He's mostly ok now (was operated on in March) but I agree that it's definitely worth getting the vet out for. I hope you get to the bottom of it tomorrow!
