Online rug shopping- anyone know this site?

Has anyone used these guys for online rug shopping? I tend to use Equestrian Clearance but they don't have any rugs in the size or type I need ATM, so found these guys on Ebay. Am always wary of people on Ebay!!

Yes they are great. I buy loads of things from them . very good for Horsewear Ireland rugs. Ifyou ever get to visit the place its super, they have a big barn stuffed to the gunnels with hundreds of saddles. , and another barn with hundreds of rugs. they are also a livery yard.

I would NEVER EVER touch them again with a very long barge pole, i ordered nearly £100 worth of stuff last year, the girls that answered the phone were rude and unhelpful, took ages for me to actually get a call back from Paul, i left LOTS of messages, When they rang me a fortnight after i ordering saying they didn't actually have the rug i wanted in stock so i asked for a refund. They then kept promising to refund me the money etc etc and never did. That was nearly a year ago and i haven't seen a penny of it. There are much better places out there IMO.

Why didn't you go to Trading Standards if they never refunded your money? I had to with horserugs4u.com when they took my money but never sent a rug. Surprising how quickly you get your money back when you threaten with TS!!

Well I ordered some stuff so just hope it turns up! They were great on the phone, really helpful.

They are my local tack shop and never had any problems in all the years I have been buying from them. They are always really helpful especially when I was getting a saddle for my new boy, they couldn't help me enough with finding one that fitted him perfectly. Just bought a rhino plus from them for £88.50. Cheapest place I could find for that rug.
