Online shopping for horse wear, rider wear etc?

I prefer German and Dutch online tack shops because they have better quality and nicer products. It's pretty difficult to buy a good lunging cavesson in the UK for example.
Here's a couple of interesting examples from a German tack shop; A turnout rug with inserts for hot/cold gel packs. Could warm a back before riding or cool a horse down- http://www.loesdau.de/Pferdedecke-f...websale7=loesdau&pi=54618&ci=20-outdoordecken

And this one is a waterproof cooler -http://www.loesdau.de/Wasserdichte-Abschwitzdecke.htm?websale7=loesdau&pi=54805&ci=20-outdoordecken

The main online retailers I use are Derby House, Ride Away or Robinsons. I also use Bridlepath too as I like their rugs.

Who I use tends to vary on what I need & who has it in stock & the best price. Robinsons & DH I've found to be very quick.

I do Parelli, so use the Parelli online shop for any Parelli specific items I need - halters, ropes, hackamores, DVDs etc that aren't available anywhere else. Obviously my membership discount is great - but the P&P is pretty high.

The only thing that's coming to mind right now is equestrianclearance, never had any problems with them. If I'm looking for something specific I just shop around until I find the best price. I use eBay a lot.

Hope Valley, Rideaway, Old Mill Saddlery, Townfields, Equestrian Clearance, Equiwear, Performance Equestrian. These are just a few that I use and have them all very good.

Love Hope Valley, Old Mill Saddlery and Equestrian Clearance. I discovered Totally Tack yesterday and am awaiting my first order , but they had everything I wanted and P&P was really reasonable.

Will avoid Townfields in future after a bad experience when I bought one of their own brand English made Bridles, which i figured would suggest good quality... But no, it stretched 3 holes on the cheekpieces in 3 times being on the horse (was being backed so max 25 mins a time). Tried to complain and was refused a replacement as they apparently "never have any problems with these bridles" and that it must be my fault :-O

Was speechless and it is now sitting in pieces in the tackroom. Wouldn't trust it to wear on a horse again!

I do like your standard shops, but I agree continental shops offer much better quality, colours and choice. I feel we are really lacking, it doesn't have to be expensive, HKM offer great choices and are budget range. The Dutch seem to excel in interesting/unusual products

I tend to use Robinsons, eBay and derby house. Robinsons and eBay are brilliant and touch wood I've been very lucky and never had a problem with derby house. I also use musto, Jules, pet superstore, medicanimal, vet meds and super zoo. Those ones though it's because I'm lucky and work for a rather large company and I get cashback if shopping through the employee benefit scheme. Brilliant for my wormers, first aid kit, supplements and purse! OH and I are saving rather hard at the moment for hopefully getting a deposit together for buying as we're in rented currently. so pony never goes without but equally I don't spend a fortune on things I can get cheaper!

I use robinsons, derby house, equestrian clearance, hope valley and ebay. Never had any problems from any. My local saddlery has a website but never used it.

I have used so many! Regularly buy from: Speedgate (super-speedy delivery), equestrian clearance, Hope Valley saddlery, Naylors equestrian, ebay, goyt mill and rideaway. Have recently used Central Saddlery & Ingatestone and was really impressed too. I used to use Robinsons but no longer do as they don't have as much choice as they used to and never have the sizes I need in anything. I avoid derby house like the plague after having two truly awful experiences with them, could never go back however tempting the offers are! Sure there are more, will have a think.

Ingatestone is my local saddlery. Shop is amazing. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Normally everything i want is in stock but if not they will order it. Staff know there stuff as well. Never had a problem there instore

I mainly use Rideaway, Robinsons and Equestrian Clearance. I love Robinson's Rider Points scheme, despite their slightly higher prices the rider points often brings the price down. Plus their P&P isn't too bad, compared with Rideaway whose minimum P&P is 4.95? I also love Equestrian Clearance, very good deals, but it can be a bit variable as to what is available in what sizes.

Ooteman, Ayr equestrian (fab customer service), Barnstormers (again great customer service, fast dispatch, but website not so great), HorseHealth (stock a good range of products & good website), but probably predominantly use Fur Feather Meds (unbeatable customer service).
