online shopping - loosing the will!!

Ok, so about 4 weeks ago i ordered a set of bandages and a saddle pad from simply nedz, went on hols, still no sign of parcel, seller contacted me over a week ago and said she would refund which they havent done, so several emails later (with no reply) i have had to open a dispute with paypal to claim back my money
I ordered the same set again from another company called trackright.co.uk last week and haven't heard anything about dispatch times, have contacted them yesterday but guess what no reply!!
Whats going on??!!!

My poor mare is having to wear a thick dressage pad under her saddle in this hot weather as the thin one(s) have yet to arrive!! have resorted to using her GP saddle for the mean time, i may just have to trek 20 mile to the nearest tack shop instead, only its hard when your car is off the road (waiting for parts) and you live in the middle of nowhere!!

Had an email to say my item isn't in stock and won't be until the end of May - do I want my money back or an alternative. No reply since thursday, no money back and no answer when I phone.
