I vary as to where I buy supplements, sometimes in shops as otherwise we will lose physical shops or sometimes on line. Does anyone use evet drug- they seem cheaper than Viovet who I normally use if on line. Just wanted to check, as Viovet always reliable.

Not used evet drug, but Equi supermarket always used to be the cheapest for Protexin products when I was buying.

I've always found Viovet to be reliable, too.

The supplements I buy are not on general sale, though, eg natural vitamin E from Forageplus and Pro Balance+ from Pro Earth.

I’ve ordered wormer from them before, delivery was just over a week so not awful but not super speedy in my experience but everything was as should be and would order again.

As above equi supermarket are fantastic I order from them most, there has been a few times what I’ve ordered isn’t in stock but they’ve called me following day and refund was always quick and easy.

I used eVet recently for my equisal tests. They arrived really quickly and their customer service was great. My results didn’t arrive so I contacted eVet and they were on it instantly.
I’ve used viovet for years but recently my last two orders have taken a crazily long time to arrive. 3 weeks last time by which point I’d run out of what I’d ordered. This time my estimated delivery date is 10-15 June or something silly.

I buy phaser from evet, they are great. I'm currently having issues with Viovet, 10 days on , still not got my order, it doesn't show on my account as either past or open and there's approx. 20 min wait time to call them ,as I'm 15th in line... I'm not buying from them again!

I use Viovet a lot and have sometimes had long delivery times, I've found the trick is to check their estimated delivery time for each product as it does give you a good idea if something is going to hold up the order or not.

My most recent delivery was ridiculous though - Ordered £100 of things - £50's worth were in stock and £50 weren't, I asked if they'd split it as it had already been a couple of weeks and I was desperate for the supplement and both were over the free delivery amount - no, they would only do that for an additional charge (I debated cancelling the order and making two new ones but decided it wasn't worth it) then to add insult to injury, when it did turn up it was in two parcels so they could have just sent one earlier!!

On the whole though I do find them reliable and to have good prices so I would still use them.

I had an email from them just now, my order is now dispatched. Do they wait for you to complain before they send stuff? All my products were listed as available, and my order acknowledgement didn't give a delivery time, just said I'd be advised ...Not ordering from them again!

I use supplement solutions often.
also there is often a chocolate bar in with the order as a surprise that does influence me a bit 🤫
My horse was on a particular cream which wasn't cheap - can't remember which company it was - but each time there were some chocolates and at Easter an egg!

Update on Viovet order, the dispatch email was an error, they are out of stock of one item, was I happy to wait (another) week ( approx). Needless to say, I've asked for a refund.

Used equi supermarket on basis of replies. Cheapest price and delivered in two days. Only thing was a bit over packaged but can see they wouldn’t want damaged items. Thank you all.
