As above are there any online tack shops that accept payment via Paypal as I have some money in my account I'd like to spend

Prequestrian on Ebay.
They don't list everything on Ebay so you can call up if there is something you need that isn't there.
I've phoned up before and then paid directly by paypal and I got a discount as they didn't have to pay ebay fees
