(Not sure if this is in the right place, but it DID happen on the yard!)

Just finished mucking out, turning out, sorting out broken electric fence, no thanks to both Tyson and Murphy! Went into the tack room to hang a few things up and I heard a strange noise. I was on my own and sometimes odd things make your neck hairs stand up on end - this was one of them...
Located noise to behind the washing machine - thought it might have been rats or mice, but oh no, I saw feathers!
There was Brewster the Rooster and Penny the Henny making out!!

I've heard of activities going on behind bike sheds and such like, behind a washing machine is a new one!!

The noise they make then made me laugh, but as I had to lock up, these two love birds (pun!!) had to leave the area.
Stubbon things, wouldn't go, and were obviously cross with me for interupting their 'private' time.
Managed in the end, but in all honesty - have you heard the noises they make??!!

Hehe this made me smile!! Our cockeral has 4 ladies and he spends his day hoping on one after the other

Oh good grief! You should have called him Paxo! Our teenage rooster - a gorgeous Buff Orpington called George - is still working on being able to crow. He has grown huge during the winter thanks largely to an unnatural desire for Tescos madeira cake. Bet he'd taste fabulous roasted he he he.
