Coming back from a good ride, LC decided that it would be a good idea to go down a slope, only it was a tad steeper than he thought and he was at the wrong angle!

Luckily daughter stepped off. We knew LC was okay... daughter gave him a moment to catch his breath, and he lay there eating the grass!f Daft nedsome

Lol. He milked it for all he was worth

.

Got a trot up, lots of cuddles, half a packet of Polos, then thrown out in the field

And I have just realised that the muddy saddle it sat in the dining room (in a saddle bag), still covered in mud, and daughter has gone away for a couple of days. Hm. Guess I know what I'll be doing tomorrow!

As to airs-above-the-ground - he's turned into a fruit loop and daughter was jumping three feet on him yesterday! I live in mad house

oh dear! peeling mud is something i do too much! i think my horse finds it fun to watch me struggle to wash him!

LOL! typical cob! we had a cob a few weeks ago that as we were going back from a show just lay down in the middle of a golf course we go through. How embarassing is that!

I remember when F was very sweaty at his first dressage and out of the blue forgot I was on him and tried to go down to roll - once our delayed reactions realised what he was about to do he got a coke bottle up the bum from his mother!

It stopped him!

Horse cruelty note: I mean thrown at him by bystanding owner, it was the only thing in her hand at the time.
