Operations over, the physio starts here!

Thanks to everyone who posted such lovely messages of support. I'm out of ITU an back n my own room. Epidural still up so left lef feels like lump of meat! It turns out I'm allergic to most strong painkillers, so that could be fun.
But, it's over, I'm on the (long) road to recovery and possibly riding in 6/7 months

Well done on getting the most looming part over with, things will only get better from here. Try and be patient, I have just done 3 months enforced rest after an op and it seems like forever at first but it does start to speed up after the first month I promise.
