Why would someone have a viewing to sell their horse when it is on box rest! Surely you cancel and readvertise when horse is sound/better?
 
No, I wasn't criticising you for going, just the seller for trying to sell an injured horse - it wasn't such a small superficial wound when you got there, the horse was on box rest. Any decent seller would have said that over the phone. If I was selling my horse and she had a cut like that, I would say to people over the phone what the situation was, and that she wouldn't be able to be viewed for a couple of weeks...

I text the seller already that he should call the vet and that I don't buy the horse in this condition *with tears in my eyes* but thanks to everyone who have helped me to prevent me before more has happened
