Opinions of this (for a friend)

If there are limited funds then this sounds ok. Depends what the rider proposes to do, I wouldnt have thought this would be up to any great heights

This has the strange ring of west view stables, the two websites and general wording and pictures all seem strangely similar. Sounds a decent enough horse for the money.

Only thing is the fact that they are saying over and over again, Not for novice!

I would gather that even though she may have no stable vices, the fact that they have actually said stable means that she has vices in other areas....

My betting is that she rears.... just a gut feeling

i have brought from them, our little pony in wonderful and people always coment on how well trained he is, there time keeping is not the best though, just beware of that if you go and view.

Shes had her eye on this since it was first advertised and i have been trying to put her off, no particular reason just not my type of horse!

I have to say I think its quite sweet, especially for the money. But I think she obviously needs to go in with her eyes fully open on this one.

I was the same with ours, I kept looking at him and kept saying no, the normal two cheap, two young, too gray as well, but to be honest he is great and i wish i could find a horse like him for myself.

tell her to go and have a look she will know when she gets there, if he is right. it must be hard for you though if he is not your kind of horse.

You don't put for an experienced rider only for a reason, then there is the fact that its as cheap as chips, worth a look and could be that their just making sure they suit it to right person which is great and it may be a great opportunity for your friend but on the other hand it could turn out to be an expensive pain in the arse.

Its all very well if it can jump, but what goods a back yard show jumper?, cos you cant take them anywhere, not saying that is the case but it the though would come into my head and if that's its only talent...then what else can you do but ride in a school.

Might not be the case though

Looks very set in the jaw to me and after seeing the prices of her other horses for sale I wonder why this one is sooooo cheap! I think you could be buying trouble and would have a look only if the horse was at the bottom of the road, I wouldnt travel to see it. Sorry, Im probably over canny

. Mairi.

It has got to have some major issue to be this cheap, why not find out what that is before you waste your time visiting? I would guess either rearing, napping or hormonal issues when ridden, personally I'd be wary of buying a mare this cheap, could it be a monster when in season???

I think that is seems too good to be true. its not my type of horse but even so even if it is only for a competant rider that does not make it a bad horse so why would it be sooo cheap?? I mean you dont just put a horse at that price just coz its not a novice ride unless there is more to it. i think it sounds too good to be true. maybe its not and we are all been to judgemental just she needs to be careful. Theres so many people that i know that have been had or have been looking. 1 lady that i teach went to see a horse last weekend they are novices and the horse they went to see was chronically lame after ten mins of been ridden and the owners said yeah i no shes lame but i still want 2000 for it!!!! The cheek, you just cant trust anyone.
