i dont like - im not sure why tho - i think her colour puts me off yet i usually like 'unusual' colours.......
appaloosa = poor mane and tail too, this girls mane looks ok but doesnt seem to have much tail
Would like to see some ridden pics too. If it wasnt far to travel maybe got see it? It does seem expensive for its age too?
Honestly, I just DO NOT get some people. Of the vast majority of "how much" or similiar posts, nearly 100%of the repliers say that the horse is well over priced or have pants conformation. i know that the posters ask for your opinions but what do you really expect for 3k?? Even in the current economic climate a decent youngster that is untried, quality enough, ok so there's a little too much angle through the hock, but I think that it's the way it's stood up for pics, good temperamented can and will easily fetch that kind of price.
I would really like to ask all the people that reply what kind of money they paid for their's but I guess in their eyes their ponyis always gonna be much nicer than anyone elses, and was bound to be the bargain of the century. Or is that me just being a little synical??
And by the way, my opinion is that it looks a good honest type, as I said a little open through the hock, but I think that's the way it's stood. It's an unusual colour, which most people like. And in my opinon at 3k well worth a look and could be a good buy. Broken and riding well in the spring, something like this as a 4yo with potential could be worth alot lot more.
I don't like it that much. Its pretty back at the knee, and just generally nothing really stands out about it at all IMO. She looks workmanlike but nothing exceptional - I think you could get more for your money tbh.
I think it looks well worth a look, has a nice front end, yes back end is weak but it is only a youngster so it will improve with correct work, and it may be exagerated by the way the horse is standing
I think she is probably still growing, so hopefully she will develop more in proportion, and I do not think 3k for a decent sized unbroken youngster a lot of money, especially if it has a good temperament to make it highly trainable ( would have to go and see it to find out)
Apoloosas raerly have much tail, that is a characteristic of the breed, so you can't mark her down for that, but I would look at that back end well if I was viewing.

Get out of bed the wrong side this morning?
I cant see a problem with any of the replies. No one has been nasty so whats your problem? I dont like the horse and said so. As for the price-a horse is only worth what someone is offering so cant see the problem there .I wouldnt pay 3 grand for her but someone else might (need their head looking at but heyho
I actually really like her! she looks honest, she has a nice neck, a kind face and her back end will get stronger.
She might never be top class but she does look useful.
I dont agree with paying much for a horse but for 3k I would def take a look...
I had the most pleasant restful nights sleep last night, thanks for asking!!
I don't have a problem with people posting their opinions, after all that is why the original post was posted. I just don't see, if the majority say that horses are well over priced, how there has managed to be a business horse trading for so long. Don't get me wrong, I'm convinced that some people just dream up numbers and have a go at selling them, and yes there are people out there who will pay it, I've seen the evidence.
A wise old man once said to me, some people begrudge paying an extra 1000 for something nice but won't blink an eye at spending 1000 on a multitude of ways to spoil them.
I guess at the end of the day you and others may not be the ones to buy this mare at this price, but to someone, somewhere, she may be the bargain of the century and the most beautiful, talented creature that god created. And I wish the sellers well in finding that person. Although sneakily I reckon if you called the owners in a couple days she'll already be sold
might be slightly long in the pasterns(?) but his bum is nicely attached to the rest of him. I like him and for the extra £250 he is still worth his price (if sane and sound). Nice boy and already riding out
I like appys but i'd give this 1 a miss.
She looks way back at the knee for a start.
I reckon you could find something similar with straight legs for 3k
Thank you sophie that ned is lovely...I will be calling them.
No need for a war guys about the appy...I quite like the look at it, and if it was bay I think people would have different opinions and another £500 on its price tag - its a funny colour I know!
Bay looks far nice than the appy - appy appears to have horrid front legs and not much better hind legs. Could be awful pictures - who knows. I wouldn't bother going to see it though. And I love appaloosas - have had two in the past so not prejudiced.
