Hi all,
I've been looking for a horse for loan for a while now and have managed to find one i really like and get along with. I tryed her for a second time today and the owner said she like for me to jump her at a competition on Saturday and before that have a lesson on Thursday so i am really sure she is right for me.
I already have 2 horses on DIY livery and the stable next to me was supposed to be coming free this month so i could have it. The current livery has messed them around and now said she is staying so therefore i cannot have the stable. I only found this out a few days ago and am now stuck for a stable for my hopefully new horse. The owner of the horse is keen for her to go soon after we decide.
Me and mum disscussed it with the maintainence man for the yard (As there are 10 more stables going up but they havent started work on that yet) and he said he would speak to the constrcution people and see when they are starting work. There is another yard close by that offers livery, but no turnout. I see turnout as a big thing for my horses and the hopefully new horse is used to turnout.
Should i try and find somewhere else for the hopefully new horse to go? Or should i try and hang on until the new stables are built? An issue of that is i have no idea how long they will be and do not want to mess the hopefully new horse owner around.
Thanks for replys
