Opinions on the conformation of this horse?

For the price hes at should something go wrong it isn't as though i'd be at a huge loss, once they've confirmed hes still available i'll be asking how soon I can take my trailer up to steal him away:D
 
From the first pic he looks like a typical young flat TB, downhill (greyhound like, typical flat bred 2-3 yo.) and race fit. He looks a teeny tiny bit upright in the first pic but looks laright in the second. I second the small feet comments but if he retires sound I wouldn't worry too much. He's a bit thick in the gullet as well. That's me being uber critical.
He will fill out lovely, looks a very very nice type. And I would take the hand off ya for him of he were a mare with a good pedigree!
 
He looks lovely! His feet look fine, They aren't flat and not upright, just perfect. He does have a big jaw on him and the head-neck transition is quite heavy. Otherwise he is a beauty!
