Just wondering what people think of my mare's feet?

She is 17 years old and has been un-shod for coming 2 years. She is borderline EMS.

She is fed topchop lite, speedibeet and pro-hoof :)
(I couldn't get clear photos of the outside of her back feet as we only have a small strip of concrete outside the stable and the track is soggy and horrid!)

Honestly can't see a lot wrong with them. They look great. Frog is definitely beefier in the after picture. Do you have them trimmed? By a farrier? They look a bit too perfect! If the horse is sound, not footy and lands heel first though, then that's the best indication of a good foot.

She is sound and not footsore most surfaces, some of our byways are surfaced by quite unlevel road planings and she ouchs if she stands on a pointy bit, but other than that is happy :)

Poppy - they are trimmed by a farrier but her last trim was about 12 weeks ago so they haven't been done recently, she self trims more or less, he just rasps round them if she is doing less work and they get a bit long :)

ETA - she was lame when she came out of shoes. Her feet were X-rayed and there were no boney changes so the vet put it down to some form of soft tissue damage which was concussion related from the shoes.
