opinions on this 3 year old?

shes not had much done to her at all. owner has a friend in spain who bred her. didnt want her and got 'given' her. but she hasnt got time for her so shes been sat in a field. shes been bitted and lunged once or twice but for a 3 year old. its bare minimal stuff so shes very basic. i really like the sound of her. im riding an Andalusian for a friend and have ridden a few in the past and i really like the breed.

you are so naughty! is this for you?? She is lovely but the best person on here is Sirena (can't remember the prefix after her name!) XI i think!! Try asking her xxx

yep for me :D its lovely riding and schooling other peoples horses for them but since missy has gone and ruperts retired, i want to play with my own again!! thanks ill try and find her!

She looks OK for a 3yo and is very very cheap! There seems to be some sort of lump on her near hind cannon but it could be my dodgy eyesight!

This is a common cross in Spain and is used for the first stage of bullfighting as they tend to be fast, nimble and intelligent. If she is PRE/TB you should be able to get her registered with BAPSH as a partbred.

TBH it is not my favourite cross as they tend to look a little more like TBs than other crosses, but that is a purely personal opinion!

thanks! i asked if she had any lumps and bumps on her legs, owner says she fine other then an old scar, but since im not interested in showing im not to fussed. for £995, you almost expect a blemish. i think im going to call back and make a day to go and see her.

She's cheap and worth a look, personally I'd prefer a bit more up front on her but that may just be the angle as she's turning her head slightly, probably not the best of photos to judge really, I like my greys anyway, wonder how big her parents are, possibly mature to around 16.1 perhaps at that age, I think she'd take a little longer to mature than some at that age by looking at her perhaps, but I'd definately have a look and make sure you can seen her move, even if its just been driven round a pen, just so you can see her paces a bit.

Good luck :)

will do :) i asked if she had facilities so i can see her move and she has. will be loose schooling her to see what she can do. i agree, id like to see a bit more upfront but she has alot of filling out to do, hopefully if i see her in person i can get a better idea of her build.

I have an 'ordinary' horse from Spain, he came over as a 2 year old. No breeding to speak of. Very slow to grow and mature and still got a long way to go, he turned 4 in May. He was gleded at 18months

He's on the BAPSH Part IV register because he's clearly Spanish despite complete lack of papers.

I've got lots of pics if you're interested in comparisons.

Hiya, I bought my Andalusian gelding last year but like yours he lacks papers just wondered how you went about registering yours as you say he's on the BAPSH Part IV register what is this? Sorry not being ignorant just I don't know very much about Spanish horses and getting them registered.:o

By the way I think Andalusians are great i'm very pleased with my boy and I think the mare is definately worth a look! :D
