Hi my horse pulled a shoe today while riding as he was due to be shod and a big chunk of his hoof came off either side, will the farrier be able to put a shoe on this or is it not possible? It’s in a very triangle shape and a lot off of it but he’s not sore as I continued riding him and jumped him and he was perfect, the reason I’m asking is I’m supposed to be hunting on Monday, opinions? thanks

Yes I think you will be fine - it’s probably broken away at the nail holes and if he is due to be shod he will be able to trim it anyway. I know you haven’t said you are but I wouldn’t hunt without it on anyway…
