Im considering going to look at him what do you guys think to him?

Thanks in advance Kelly

The number throws up lots of ads, some at 'normal' prices....so the fact they have him so cheap might be a concern. Although few will touch a barely broken 3 year old so there is limited attraction from buyers, they may well have seriously 'priced to sell'. Looks a nice type, go and have a look with your eyes open and you can't go too wrong.
Don't write everything off for being too cheap, last one I sold the lady asked if i'd missed a number off the price..... she's pleased with her 'bargain', and i'm pleased with the home. We don't all see a huge profit in our horses!

seems too cheap, I cant find a 16.2 3 yr old for under 5000!
Whats wrong with it?!?

Looks kind, honest and friendly enough but there is something about his confirmation that I don't like. Is it that he looks loaded through the shoulder or has a pretty straight hind leg. Still he looks to be making a decent enough job of the fence.

Can you try him under saddle or see him ridden? I'd be suspicious that he was broken last year and then not brought back in - I know they say too many horses not enough space... but they are professionals and surely realise how much more saleable he'd be restarted and riding away....

Worth looking at but be wary!

Sorry, but I have alarm bells ringing! All of my babies are backed and can at least be sat on before being sold. Its not financially viable to just get rid of them too cheaply and so it seems odd he's now in but they haven't at least started to restart him. I would want to see a couple of pics of him being ridden before he was turned away and at least see someone up on him bareback.
