Opinions on this horse please

a friend has roped me into her horse shopping project and has lined up this boy (amongst others). I quite like him but obviously without seeing the 'real' thing....?
He is a 7 year old AA and by the looks of it can jump. Opinions please.

Looking at the 3rd pic again, you are right. He does look a bit weak in the kidney area. The tacked up and jumping photos make him look quite diff. Thanks s4sugar.
