What do think of the advert/price/picture?

Just getting some feedback for a friend...

Thankyou

Sounds younger than his years and needs someone experienced to teach him 'the ropes', but does not sound dangerous or nasty. Price seems reasonable and could probably be negotiated down. Difficult to say from photo but he looks a bit overweight (but might just be the angle).
I'd go have a look.

I think Its a good add, very clear about his positives and faults and the reason they are selling, gives an honest impression.

I suppose the downside is nothing is really selling at the moment, I would consider advertising this horse on regular sites as he has no big issues just sounds a bit green. I suppose it depends how quickly they need to shift him.

I think the ad is fine, he looks very sweet. I think the price is about right too.

Not sure he needs to be on project horses though, I think something like him would sell better somewhere like horsemart?

Looks a very sweet chap, hope he finds a nice home.

TBH, he doesnt sound like a project horse to me, more like a young/green horse.....sounds easier to manage than my current horse ( but then, he has issues!).....if he were advertised on a 'normal' site, then I would pay much more than that.....

PH attracts too many muppets IMO.....

He is a sensible price, the Ad is well worded she'd be better off putting him on Horssemart.

Yep..will suggest she puts him on other sites too.
If I had a school I'd take him on myself for my daughter.
Feel very sorry for my friend as she bought him as a first horse for her 13 yr old daughter and he was totally unsuitable.. Oh well..lesson learned

I think you can get more for him than that if you were to put him on a normal site, with pictures of him being ridden. He's coming into his prime and in the right hands he could make a cracking Pony! You've advertised well though.

Thanks everybody for your input...

Shellyb.. he's not mine. He belongs to a friend who went off to buy a first horse for her 13yr old. She took an 'expert' along and came back with this chap. He's adorable and if I had a school I'd take him on myself for my daughter. You're right though, in the right hands he'll be fab

I'll get onto her to advertise him elsewhere and see how she goes from there.

How much does he remind you of him?.. they'd love to know his backround and what may have made him the way he is..
